Both apartments are fully furnished with private balconies, giving guests shaded outdoor space without even needing to leave the comfort of home. Each of the balconies have spectacular views of the palm and pine trees, beach, Adriatic sea and Korcula old town. The balconies are equipped with chairs and tables.
Our house is surrounded by small gardens planted with various Mediterranean plants. Natural rocks play an important decorative role throughout the house and are combined with stone walls.
Public off street parking, at no extra cost is located 60 meters away from the house.
The guests are obligated to manage all the furniture and fittings well and considerately. In case of breakage or loss of certain object, a guest is obligated to inform us at the first floor. A guest is also obligated to refund the value of a broken or lost object.
It is not allowed to carry watersports equipment (e.g., wetsuits, harnesses, diving equipment, etc.) into apartment or apartment's balcony. Please keep your equipment at the windsurfing equipment terrace.
The guests are not allowed to carry linen i.e. towels to the beach.
During every shift or every 7 days, apartments are being completely cleaned and tidied up. Towels, table linen and bed linen are being changes as well.
When the air conditioning is on, keep all windows and doors closed.
Smoking is allowed.
