Our family home is located in the beautiful village of Kuciste, on the southern coast of the Peljesac Peninsula in Croatia. Since 1988, we have been welcoming guests from around the world, offering a warm, friendly atmosphere and personal service that makes you feel at home.

We offer two comfortable, modern, fully air-conditioned apartments, available all year round. Just 30 metres from the sea and a beautiful white-pebble beach, our home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Adriatic.

Both apartments have their own furnished balcony for shaded outdoor space, and the house is surrounded by small Mediterranean gardens, with natural rock and stone walls throughout as a decorative touch.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing a little piece of our home with you.

Known for the Maestral, the Zamosce beach also benefits from a local thermal wind with an average speed of 16–25 knots, generated from the Venturi effect between Korcula island and the hills of Saint Elijah on Peljesac peninsula.

In 2015 and 2016 Zamosce beach hosted the European Freestyle Pro Tour windsurfing event.

The village

Kuciste is a charming seaside village on the Peljesac Peninsula, just 6 km west of Orebic, where crystal-clear Adriatic waters meet a beautiful mountain backdrop. In the heart of the village, you'll find the historic Lazarevic Palace, the Church of the Holy Trinity, and a selection of welcoming restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.

Our house is nestled in the peaceful eastern corner of Zamosce, right on the shores of the bay and just a few steps from one of the finest windsurfing beaches on the Peljesac Peninsula. Here, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a traditional Dalmatian village, beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach — all in one of the most enchanting corners of the Adriatic.

Another world-class windsurfing spot just 2km west — St. Liberan beach offers cross-shore to cross-onshore NW winds ideal for speed and slalom. In 2013 Viganj hosted the Formula Windsurfing World Championship. The Dominican Monastery and Church of Our Lady of the Rosary (1671) dominates the village skyline.
